Hi, I’m Mihaela Iacob, Registered Therapist Qualifying and I help people who have lost the connection with themselves and others to feel more connected and grounded. I also help people who have difficulty with overwhelming thoughts and emotions due to loss and transitions.

You feel depressed, stressed or anxious. Your anxiety is either channelled to be a perfectionist and high achiever or it may have interfered with the way you relate to yourself and others. Your constant narrative of not being or feeling “good enough” fuel your low self-esteem and have a rippling effect in many areas of your life. You toss and turn at night and constant worries pop up in your mind. You are not alone. I am here to help.

During our sessions together, we will practice body-based strategies to address your “F”-based stress responses (fight/flight, freeze/fawn) and learn adaptive strategies using a combination of cognitive, somatic, and mindfulness strategies to realign your body-mind-soul. We will develop a personalized, accessible, and easy-to-use toolkit.
