Our sessions are collaborative. We will engage and use what works best for you. We will utilize your strengths and resources to create a new narrative with an empowered reselient version of you.

What to expect from the first assessment?

The first session will be an opportunity to explore the process of therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions. We will design the best interventions that will suit your needs and goals for therapy.

What is your therapeutic approach?

I use various strategies depending on your needs. I use EMDR, Ego State Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfullness approaches and trauma-informed approaches.

Do you offer in-person/virtual sessions?

At this time, I offer virtual sessions only. Online therapy can serve a larger population and, especially, it is the most convenient for busy professionals. Our sessions will be conducted over zoom. I will send you a link prior to our first session. This is your permanent link for all future sessions.
